Erasmus+ to nie tylko wymiana akademicka, ale przede wszystkim „niematerialne skarby” w postaci nowych doświadczeń, zmiany perspektywy i umiejętności pracy w międzynarodowym zespole. Autorka zachęca do zgłębiania różnic kulturowych, polecając literaturę (np. książkę „Chrobot” Tomasza Michniewicza), która pomaga zrozumieć odmienność w podejściu do życia, edukacji czy czasu.

Abstract (EN)

Erasmus+ is not just an academic exchange, but above all ‘intangible treasures’ in the form of new experiences, a change of perspective and the ability to work in an international team. The author encourages readers to explore cultural differences, recommending literature (e.g. the book ‘Chrobot’ by Tomasz Michniewicz) that helps to understand differing approaches to life, education and time.
