Wzrost wykorzystania stalowych konstrukcji cienkościennych powoduje konieczność poszukiwania szybkich i efektywnych metod ich wzmacniania. Jednym z rozwiązań może być zastosowanie klejonych taśm kompozytowych. Aby zbliżyć się do tego zagadnienia, w niniejszej pracy opisano badania pilotażowe, w których analizowano wpływ zastosowania taśm kompozytowych na pracę zginanych belek cienkościennych połączonych z płytą warstwową. Badaniu w schemacie czteropunktowego zginania poddano 9 belek cienkościennych typu sigma Σ200x70x2 o długości 3 m połączonych z płytą warstwową PIRTECH o grubości 6 cm. Trzy próbki traktowano jako referencyjne (B1R, B2R, B3R), trzy kolejne wzmocniono poprzez naklejenie taśmy kompozytowej do pasa dolnego belki (B1D, B2D, B3D), trzy ostatnie wzmocniono poprzez przyklejenie taśmy do środnika (B1S, B2S, B3S).
Przed połączeniem belek z płytą warstwową dokonano sprawdzenia wstępnych imperfekcji geometrycznych belek cienkościennych (wykorzystano system ATOS COMACT SCAN).
Badanie próbek przeprowadzono w schemacie czteropunktowego zginania w prasie Zwick&Roel (ZwickRoell GmbH & Co. KG, Ulm, Germany). Zadany przyrost obciążenia wynosił 1 mm/min ruchu tłoka prasy a wyniki były odczytywane co 0.01 s. W trakcie badania dokonywano pomiaru odkształceń za pomocą dwóch tensometrów elektrooporowych TENMEX TFs-10 120Ω ± 0.2%, umieszczonych w środku rozpiętości belki na dolnej i górnej półce przekroju (T1, T2), oraz pomiaru przemieszczeń w wybranych punktach w środku rozpiętości przekroju za pomocą systemu Aramis. W badaniach kontrolnie użyto także jednego czujnika LVDT, który mierzył ugięcie w kierunku pionowym w środku rozpiętości belki i w połowie szerokości półki.
Przeprowadzone badania wskazują, że przyklejenie taśm kompozytowych do pasa dolnego belki cienkościennej typu Σ współpracującej z płytą warstwową pozwala na znaczące ograniczenie odkształceń w belce oraz ograniczenie przemieszczeń pionowych.
Zamieszczone datasety zawierają łącznie wyniki badań 9 belek (*.ZIP), w skład których wchodzą pomiary obciążenia, przemieszczenia, odkształcenia i czasu (*.csv, *.xlsx). Dodatkowo w przypadku 6 belek dodano raporty z pomiaru imperfekcji (*.pdf).
Abstract EN
The heightening use of thin-walled steel structures necessitates the search for fast and efficient methods of their reinforcement. One solution might be the application of bonded composite tapes. To approach this issue, the present work describes pilot studies in which the effect of the use of composite tapes on the operation of bent thin-walled beams connected with a sandwich panel was analyzed. A four-point bending test was conducted on 9 thin-walled sigma beams Σ200x70x2, 3 meters long, connected with a 6 cm thick PIRTECH sandwich panel. Three samples were treated as reference (B1R, B2R, B3R), the next three were reinforced by bonding a composite tape to the lower flange of the steel beam (B1D, B2D, B3D), and the last three were reinforced by bonding a tape to the web (B1S, B2S, B3S).
Before connecting the beams with the sandwich panel, a check was made for initial geometrical imperfections of the thin-walled beams (the ATOS COMACT SCAN system was used).
The testing of the samples was carried out in a four-point bending scheme in a Zwick&Roel press. The specified load increment was 1 mm/min of press piston movement and the results were read every 0.01 s. During the test, strain measurements were made using two TENMEX TFs-10 120Ω ± 0.2% strain gauges, located in the midway of the span of the tested sample on the lower and upper flanges of the cross-section (T1, T2), and displacement measurements were made at nominated points in the middle of the cross-section span using the Aramis system. In the tests, a LVDT sensor was also used as a control, which measured displacement in the vertical direction in the middle of the beam span and in the middle of the flange width.
The conducted studies indicate that the adhesion of composite tapes to the lower flange of the thin-walled sigma beam cooperating with the sandwich panel allows for a significant reduction in beam strains and vertical displacements.
The presented datasets include results for 9 beams (*.ZIP), which include load, displacement, deformation and time measurements (*.csv, *.xlsx). Additionally, in the case of 6 beams, imperfection measurement reports (*.pdf) have been added.
