Wystawa powstała z okazji jubileuszu 25-lecia programu Erasmus+ w Politechnice Lubelskiej. Pokazane zostały na niej głównie zdjęcia i artefakty z podróży odbywanych w ciągu ćwierćwiecza przez studentów i pracowników Politechniki Lubelskiej w różne zakątki świata, w ramach wymiany międzynarodowej. Na artefakty złożyły się przedmioty przywiezione jako pamiątki (najrozmaitsze figurki, statuetki, breloczki, magnesy i inne drobne rzeczy) oraz takie przedmioty jak bilety, drobne opakowania, mapy, pocztówki, broszury etc. Pojawiły się też elementy strojów regionalnych z różnych stron świata. Częścią wystawy były również wspomnienia z wyjazdów kilkorga pracowników PL (nagrane i prezentowane w formie wypowiedzi video) oraz „podróżnicza fotobudka” – miejsce, w którym można było na przygotowanym na wystawę tle zrobić sobie natychmiastowe zdjęcie i wkleić je do specjalnego „dziennika z podróży”.
The exhibition was created on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the Erasmus+ programme at Lublin University of Technology. It featured mainly photographs and artefacts from journeys made over a quarter of a century by students and staff of Lublin University of Technology to various corners of the world as part of international exchanges. The artefacts consisted of items brought back as souvenirs (a wide variety of figurines, statuettes, key rings, magnets and other small items) and items such as tickets, small packages, maps, postcards, brochures, etc. There were also items of regional costumes from various parts of the world. Memories of the trips of several PL employees (recorded and presented in the form of video statements) were also part of the exhibition, as well as a ‘travel photo booth’ - a place where it was possible to take an instant photo against a background prepared for the exhibition and paste it into a special ‘travel diary’.
