Abstract (PL)

Dane badawcze dotyczą wpływu mezoporowatej krzemionki o typie struktury MCM-41 na proces degradacji termicznej zaczynów cementowych. Wpływ MCM-41 sprawdzono poprzez dozowanie w ilości 0-2% względem masy cementu. Zakres badań obejmował charakterystykę surowców wyjściowych, tj. cementu i MCM-41. Zbadano skład chemiczny (XRF - fluorescencja rentgenowska), skład fazowy (XRD - dyfrakcja rentgenowska) i uziarnienie (PSD - metoda dyfrakcji laserowej).

W celu zbadania degradacji termicznej zaczynów cementowych z MCM-41 wykonano badania wytrzymałości na ściskanie (fc), wytrzymałości na rozciągnie (fcf), gęstości właściwej (DS), gęstości pozornej (DA), składu chemicznego (XRF), składu fazowego (XRD), struktury porów powietrznych (MIP - porozymetria rtęciowa). Badania wykonywane były w funkcji obciążenia termicznego w zakresie 100-700 oC.

Zbiór danych obejmuje swoim zakresem surowe wyniki wszystkich badań zawartych w artykule, opis oznaczeń i receptur, oraz opis metodyki.

Abstract (EN)

The research data concern the influence of mesoporous silica of the MCM-41 structure type on the thermal degradation process of cement pastes. The influence of MCM-41 was checked by dosing in the amount of 0-2% relative to the cement mass. The scope of the research included the characteristics of the raw materials, i.e., cement and MCM-41. The chemical composition (XRF - X-ray fluorescence), phase composition (XRD - X-ray diffraction) and particle size distribution (PSD - laser diffraction method) were examined.

In order to investigate the thermal degradation of cement pastes with MCM-41, tests were performed on compressive strength (fc), tensile strength (fcf), specific density (DS), apparent density (DA), chemical composition (XRF), phase composition (XRD), air pore structure (MIP - mercury porosimetry). The tests were performed as a function of thermal load in the range of 100-700 oC.

The dataset includes the raw results of all studies included in the article, a description of the recipes, and a description of the methodology.
