W pracy przedstawiono przegląd aktualnie stosowanych metod natryskiwania cieplnego. TiO2. Wykonano badania metalograficzne ilościowe i jakościowe powłok natryskiwanych. Stopień rozwinięcia powierzchni oceniono metodami pomiaru chropowatości oraz analizy fraktalnej . Wykonano pomiary twardości i nanotwardości powłok Wykonano badania odporności na zużycie wykazując walory użytkowe powłok cermetalowych. Przedstawiono wyniki badań składu fazowego powłok udowadniając podobieństwo składu fazowego do składu powłok nattyskiwanych metodą plazmową.
In the dissertation, the review of contemporary thermal spraying methods is presented. The results of publications which appeared in the scientific literature were discussed. The applied experimental methods were critically reviewed. The coating modeling methods were presented. The thesis was formulated that the microstructure of cermet coatings deposited by means of the subsonic flame method has the effect on the mechanical properties of the coatings. The thesis presents results of complex investigations into the properties of cermet coatings containing either ZrOr30wt.%CaO or AliO3-40wt.%TiO2. The qualitative and quantitative metallographic investigations were done. The surface roughness was estimated by means of the contact profilometry and fractal methods. The hardness and nanohardness measurements were made. The results of tribological experiments point to high exploitation properties of cermet coatings. The results of X-ray diffraction phase analysis are presented and the similarity with phase composition of plasma deposited coatings was proved. The results of extensive SEM and electron microprobe investigations were given. High cohesion of sprayed cermet coatings was proven in the adhesion tests. The effect of porosity on wear resistance of coatings was demonstrated and in the numerical investigations the significant effect of porosity and the limited contact surface of the adjacent lamellae on Young's modu Ius were proven. The tests of electrochemical corrosion were done to prove that cracks in the coatings do not cause the difference in the properties of ceremet coatings. The comparative investigations were carried out on coatings sprayed with the mixture of metallic powders. The dissertation is ended with the conclusion that, the cermet coatings can be considered in future applications under erosive and abrasive wear conditions.
