Wywiad ukazuje program Erasmus+ jako kluczowy element rozwoju osobistego i zawodowego. Doświadczenia mgr. Furmaniaka dowodzą, że wyjazd za granicę pozwala na przewartościowanie swoich przekonań, zwiększenie elastyczności oraz zdobycie pewności siebie niezbędnej na nowoczesnym rynku pracy.

Abstract (EN)

The interview highlights the Erasmus+ programme as a key element of personal and professional development. Mr Furmaniak’s experiences demonstrate that going abroad allows one to re-evaluate one’s beliefs, increase flexibility and gain the self-confidence essential in the modern job market.
