Otwarta Nauka staje się globalnym standardem – od rekomendacji UNESCO, przez Plan S i inicjatywy Komisji Europejskiej, po krajowe polityki otwartości. Jednak w praktyce to biblioteki i wydawnictwa uczelniane ponoszą odpowiedzialność za wdrażanie tych założeń w codziennym funkcjonowaniu uczelni. Prezentujemy kluczowe wyzwania, które pojawiają się na styku idei i praktyki: lukę kompetencyjną w zakresie RDM, FAIR, licencji i obsługi repozytoriów; bariery kulturowe i obawy naukowców dotyczące prestiżu, bezpieczeństwa danych i drapieżnych czasopism; rosnące koszty APC oraz złożoność transformative agreements; problemy techniczne związane z interoperacyjnością systemów, archiwizacją i metadanymi; a także kwestie prawno-etyczne, w tym RODO, prawa autorskie, plagiaty i etykę AI. Biblioteki i wydawnictwa odpowiadają na te potrzeby poprzez szkolenia celowane, konsultacje, zespoły ds. Otwartej Nauki, przewodniki, dashboardy publikacyjne, gamifikację oraz promocję w ramach Open Access Week i innych wydarzeń. Omawiamy także nadchodzące trendy: Diamond Open Access, preprinty, otwarte recenzje, DMP oraz odpowiedzialną ewaluację. W podsumowaniu przedstawiamy pięć kluczowych rekomendacji: strategiczne podejście, inwestycje w kompetencje, współpracę instytucjonalną, edukację i advocacy oraz monitoring oparty na danych. Celem posteru jest pokazanie, że skuteczne wdrożenie Otwartej Nauki wymaga nie tylko infrastruktury, lecz przede wszystkim dobrze zorganizowanego ekosystemu wsparcia.
Open Science is becoming a global standard – from UNESCO recommendations, through Plan S and European Commission initiatives, to national openness policies. In practice, however, it is university libraries and publishers that are responsible for implementing these principles in the day-to-day running of universities. We present the key challenges that arise at the intersection of theory and practice: a skills gap in RDM, FAIR, licensing and repository management; cultural barriers and researchers' concerns about prestige, data security and predatory journals; the rising costs of APCs and the complexity of transformative agreements; technical issues related to system interoperability, archiving and metadata; as well as legal and ethical issues, including GDPR, copyright, plagiarism and AI ethics. Libraries and publishers are responding to these needs through targeted training, consultations, Open Science teams, guides, publication dashboards, gamification, and promotion during Open Access Week and other events. We also discuss upcoming trends: Diamond Open Access, preprints, open reviews, DMPs, and responsible evaluation. In summary, we present five key recommendations: a strategic approach, investment in competencies, institutional collaboration, education and advocacy, and data-driven monitoring. The aim of the poster is to show that the effective implementation of Open Science requires not only infrastructure, but above all a well-organised support ecosystem.
