W dniach 16.09.2019-15.10.2019 w Galerii Biblioteki PL można było zobaczyć wystawę „Góry to życie, życie to góry”. Autorami zdjęć są dr hab. inż. Grzegorz Koszałka (Instytut Transportu, Silników Spalinowych i Ekologii PL) i Marcin Marciniak (Strażnik Ochrony Mienia PL), członkowie Klubu Wysokogórskiego Lublin. Wystawa prezentuje fotografie z wyprawy do Tybetu. Kham – Wschodni Tybet to nie tylko góry, wspaniała przyroda i świątynie, ale i niezwykli mieszkańcy. Natomiast klimat wspinaczek wysokogórskich można poczuć oglądając zdjęcia m.in. z Polskich Tatr Wysokich i Zachodnich.

From 16 September 2019 to 15 October 2019, the PL Library Gallery hosted the exhibition ‘Mountains are life, life is mountains’. The photographs were taken by Dr Grzegorz Koszałka, Eng. (Institute of Transport, Internal Combustion Engines and Ecology, PL) and Marcin Marciniak (PL Property Protection Guard), both members of the Lublin High-Mountain Club. The exhibition features photographs from an expedition to Tibet. Kham – Eastern Tibet – is not only about mountains, magnificent nature and temples, but also its extraordinary inhabitants. Meanwhile, visitors can get a feel for the atmosphere of high-altitude climbing by viewing photographs from, amongst others, the Polish High Tatras and Western Tatras.
