Abstract (PL)

Niniejszy podręcznik koncentruje się wokół problematyki inwestycji na rynkach finansowych. W poszczególnych jego rozdziałach omówiono istotę i funkcjonowanie rynku finansowego, opisano jego strukturę i instrumenty, będące przedmiotem transakcji w poszczególnych jego segmentach, tj. na rynku pieniężnym, kapitałowym, terminowym i walutowym. Opisano także istotę i historię giełd papierów wartościowych oraz przybliżono praktyczne aspekty związane z funkcjonowaniem Giełdy Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie. Scharakteryzowano również analizy wykorzystywane na rynkach kapitałowych, tj. analizę techniczną, fundamentalną i portfelową. Publikacja ta stanowi syntetyczny zbiór informacji, dzięki którym Czytelnik ma szansę poznać czynniki związane z procesem inwestowania na rynkach finansowych.

Abstract (EN)

This textbook focuses on the issue of investment in financial markets. Its individual chapters discuss the essence and functioning of the financial market, describe its structure and instruments transacted in its various segments, i.e. the money, capital, futures and currency markets. The essence and history of stock exchanges are also described, and the practical aspects of the functioning of the Warsaw Stock Exchange are introduced. Also characterized are the analyses used in the capital markets, i.e. technical, fundamental and portfolio analysis. This publication is a synthetic collection of information, thanks to which the Reader has a chance to learn about the factors involved in the process of investing in financial markets.
