„Flowmotion” – pod tym tytułem prezentujemy wystawę poświęconą trzem zespołom artystycznym Politechniki Lubelskiej: Formacji Tańca Towarzyskiego GAMZA, Akademickiemu Chórowi oraz Zespołowi Pieśni i Tańca. Choć każdy z nich posługuje się nieco innym językiem wyrazu – tańcem towarzyskim, śpiewem chóralnym oraz śpiewem i tańcem ludowym – łączy je żywa energia sceny, dynamizm zespołowej twórczości i pasja dla sztuki, przekazywane z pokolenia na pokolenie. Tytuł wystawy – „Flowmotion” – odnosi się do scenicznego ruchu i dźwięku oraz do przepływu energii i emocji, który towarzyszy każdej z formacji: od prób, przez występy, po codzienne relacje. To także metafora zaangażowania i pasji – wartości przekazywanych przez kolejne pokolenia członków zespołów i ich instruktorów. „Flowmotion” symbolizuje nieskrępowany, artystyczny i międzyludzki wigor, dzięki któremu każdy z zespołów, trwając przez dekady, zachowuje barwne joie de vivre. Wystawa ma charakter multimedialny. Tworzą ją fotografie uchwycone w ruchu – podczas koncertów, występów i prób – które oddają atmosferę pracy zespołowej i ekspresji scenicznej. Towarzyszą im krótkie opisy przybliżające historię, repertuar, wartości i osiągnięcia każdej formacji. Integralną część ekspozycji stanowią także filmy promocyjne, ukazujące kulisy działalności każdego z zespołów, proces twórczy oraz fragmenty występów - pozwalające lepiej uchwycić ducha każdego z nich. Ekspozycja jest hołdem dla wszystkich, którzy przez lata współtworzyli artystyczną tożsamość Politechniki Lubelskiej – tancerzy, śpiewaków, muzyków, dyrygentów, instruktorów, pedagogów i organizatorów. Ich działalność to nie tylko sztuka, lecz także budowanie wspólnoty, integracja środowisk i edukacja poprzez kulturę, która od lat ma swoje miejsce w przestrzeni Politechniki Lubelskiej. „Flowmotion” to wizualna opowieść o twórczości scenicznej – barwnej, dynamicznej i multisensorycznej – która przenika ze scen do ludzkich serc i łączy kolejne pokolenia artystów i odbiorców.
“Flowmotion” – this is the title of our exhibition dedicated to three artistic groups from the Lublin University of Technology: the GAMZA Ballroom Dance Group, the University Choir, and the Song and Dance Ensemble. Although each uses a slightly different language of expression – ballroom dance, choral singing, and folk song and dance – they are united by the vibrant energy of the stage, the dynamism of their collective creativity, and a passion for the arts, passed down from generation to generation. The exhibition’s title – “Flowmotion” – refers to movement and sound on stage, as well as to the flow of energy and emotion that accompanies each of the groups: from rehearsals, through performances, to their day-to-day interactions. It is also a metaphor for commitment and passion – values passed down through successive generations of ensemble members and their instructors. “Flowmotion” symbolises an unrestrained, artistic and interpersonal vigour, thanks to which each of the ensembles, having endured for decades, retains a colourful joie de vivre. The exhibition is multimedia in nature. It consists of photographs captured in motion – during concerts, performances and rehearsals – which convey the atmosphere of teamwork and stage expression. These are accompanied by short descriptions outlining the history, repertoire, values and achievements of each group. Promotional films also form an integral part of the exhibition, offering a behind-the-scenes look at each group’s activities, the creative process and excerpts from performances – allowing visitors to better capture the spirit of each one. The exhibition pays tribute to all those who, over the years, have helped shape the artistic identity of the Lublin University of Technology – dancers, singers, musicians, conductors, instructors, teachers and organisers. Their work is not only about art, but also about building community, bringing people together and educating through culture, which has long had its place at the Lublin University of Technology. “Flowmotion” is a visual narrative about stage art – colourful, dynamic and multisensory – which flows from the stage into people’s hearts and connects successive generations of artists and audiences.
