Ochrona tożsamości przestrzennej na przykładzie wybranych miast Lubelszczyzny : Ostrów Lubelski, Biłgoraj, Kraśnik
| dc.abstract.en | Architecture and town‒planning of identity is tied to place specificity and the tradition of local culture. The elements of space which reveal town identity are the bond of nature, history, memory, culture and scenery. The identity is a metaphysical idea. The determination of town identity is a search for its physical sings. The sings must be identified and analysed according to the following criteria: specificity, uniqueness, autonomy and unrepeatability. Only then is it possible for us to distinguish between one town and the other. The method of work was based on the analysis of the space structure of the selected towns – discovering and bringing out the sings that constitute the elements of identity. The method also included the sociological surveys carried out among inhabitants, by means of which the sense of membership of local community to a place in which they live and their attachment to cultural distinction were studied. The work also outlines the possibilities to protect space identity by means of the following instruments of space policy: space planning, other legal instruments, economic instruments, investments, management of properties and town‒planning marketing. | |
| dc.abstract.pl | Architektura i urbanistyka tożsamości jest związana ze specyfiką miejsca i tradycją lokalnej kultury. Elementy przestrzeni, pokazujące tożsamość miasta są wspólnotą przyrody, historii, pamięci, kultury i krajobrazu. Tożsamość jest ideą metafizyczną. Określenie tożsamości miasta jest poszukiwaniem jej fizycznych znaków. Znaki te muszą być zidentyfikowane i przeanalizowane wg kryteriów: specyfiki, unikatowości, odrębności i niepowtarzalności, które pozwalają odróżnić jedno miasto od drugiego. Metoda pracy była oparta na analizie struktury przestrzennej wybranych miast – odkrywaniu i wydobywaniu znaków (elementów tożsamości przestrzennej). Metoda polegała także na przeprowadzeniu wywiadów socjologicznych z mieszkańcami, za pomocą których zbadano poczucie przynależności społeczności lokalnej do miejsca, w którym żyje oraz ich przywiązanie do odrębności kulturowej. Praca przedstawia również możliwości ochrony tożsamości przestrzennej za pomocą następujących instrumentów polityki przestrzennej: planowania przestrzennego, innych instrumentów prawnych, instrumentów ekonomicznych, inwestycji, gospodarki nieruchomościami i marketingu urbanistycznego. | |
