Mieszanie wieloskładnikowych kompozycji klejowych

dc.abstract.enThe performance properties of structural adhesives significantly depend on how the adhesive composition is prepared. The adhesive preparation procedure has a direct effect on the degree of dispersion of the composition components in the matrix, and ultimately also affects the physical and performance properties of the adhesive. The method of preparing an adhesive depends mainly on its form and the quantity of its components. The mixing process of multi-component adhesives is usually carried out using special instrumentation and workstations designed for this purpose. In this work, basic concepts and definitions of mixing are given. Issues related to the mixing process are characterized. The basic types of mixers and agitators are described and mixer vessels are reviewed. Information on mixer drives is included. A description of the influence of geometrical parameters of the mixer on the output of selected mixer types is also included. Examples of the influence of mixer type on adhesive properties are also presented.
dc.abstract.plWłaściwości eksploatacyjne klejów konstrukcyjnych istotnie zależą od sposobu przygotowania kompozycji klejowej. Procedura przygotowania kleju ma bezpośredni wpływ na stopień dyspersji składników kompozycji w matrycy, a ostatecznie również wpływa na właściwości fizyczne i użytkowe samego kleju. Sposób przygotowania kleju zależy głównie od jego postaci i ilości tworzących go składników. Proces mieszania klejów wieloskładnikowych przebiega zwykle przy wykorzystaniu specjalnego oprzyrządowania i stanowisk do tego przystosowanych. W niniejszej pracy podano pojęcia podstawowe i definicje mieszania. Scharakteryzowano zagadnienia związane z procesem mieszania. Opisano podstawowe typy mieszalników i mieszadeł oraz dokonano przeglądu zbiorników mieszalników. Zawarto informacje dotyczące napędów mieszalników. Zamieszczono również opis wpływu parametrów geometrycznych mieszalnika na moc wybranych rodzajów mieszadeł. Przedstawiono także przykłady wpływu rodzaju mieszadła na właściwości kleju.
